							<title>Ready Mix Concrete Professional Driver</title>
							<description>Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Maintains the highest standard of quality and safety in all aspects of the job.
? As a driver/operator you will operate an 80,000 Lb. ready mix truck in the timely transportation of ready mix concrete to and from destinations.
? Load, unload and secure as needed.
? Maintain radio contact with dispatch for scheduling changes.
? When a driver returns from a delivery, he/she is required to wash down the truck to clean off excess concrete on the truck or in the barrel. Washing requires using a hose and climbing on the truck approximately 10 times per day.
? Prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation.
? Paid to maintain good vehicle appearance.
? It should be noted that all of our trucks have automatic transmissions and that the oldest truck in the entire fleet was manufactured in 1995. Our trucks are routinely maintained and inspected daily for any problems or potential problems.
? This is a physically demanding position and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, several times per day.
? You will work a Monday thru Saturday shift (Saturdays are ½ days).
? When there is inclement weather and the trucks do not leave the yard, there are times when the drivers are asked to do sweeping and shoveling at the plant. This happens as often as there is consistent rain and/or snow.
? 2 weeks paid training provided.
? Higher pay reflects the significant responsibility of this job and includes an hourly rate plus a bonus for every yard of concrete you deliver.

We have a Entry Level Soil technician position available. Will be doing field monitoring of construction work, and field and laboratory testing of construction materials and components. Testing involves moisture density testing of soils and concrete.

Testing capabilities include concrete and mortar strength, testing, field testing of concrete, concrete cores, weld tests (visual, ultrasonic and magnetic particle, and dye penetrant), bolt torquing, metal detection and corrosion evaluation. Will get WACEL-certified.

Must have reliable transportation as the job requires travel to sites in the area. </description>
